Now I know you're all going to think 'Aw, she's going to start waffling about the benefits of being positive, spirituality and all that.' Well, I'm not. Not really.

Last year I heard this thing about drains and radiators. Take a look at the people in your life and decide whether they are positive, fabulous people - radiators - who you love being around or if they're negative energy vampires - drains - who you want to smash over the head with a claw hammer.

Negativity has a profound impact on your life, it also has a domino effect - if you're being a bitch to other people, you're going to make them feel crappy too and so on.

My radiators I cherish. They don't put any pressure on me, they don't make me do things I don't want to and even better they don't ask WHY I do these things. They are positive influences. You like them. They are stress free!
So take a look at your social circle - out with the drains and appreciate the radiators.
I was surprised at how easy it was to adopt this but then the man in the O2 mobile shop told me I had a hole where my heart should be. Whatevs.10-4
